VASER LipoSelection and SmartLipo are new less invasive cosmetic surgeries that gently and precisely liquefy and remove fat from the body. The combined use of these technologies allows Isis Cosmetic surgeons to sculpt the body and selectively remove unwanted areas of fat. Just as importantly, these new devices also allow the surgeon to leave specific regions or quantities of fat, resulting in a more artistically "sculpted" and natural body contour.

Traditional liposuction manually rips and removes fat tissue using power suction. This process removes not only the fat tissue, but also other tissues such as: nerves, blood vessels, and collagen.
